Mirabel Vista Buena
This residence is located in Scottsdale AZ, In the Mirabel community. This home was designed with contemporary modern appeal, with large format porcelain throughout the bath installations. It also has a marvelous mix of mosaics, brick tile and rough-cut stone to complement. As large as 36” X 36” flooring, to wall tile as big as 24” X 48” and then down to 3”X24” Plank floor tile, Fiddle Stix ½” X 4” mosaic for the laundry splash and utilized also was a 12”X 24” porcelain tile. The Laura Kehoe Design, with execution by Manship Builders was a stunning work we are all proud of the teamwork effort and accomplishments.

Cave Creek Canyon Guest Suite
Located in Cave Creek AZ. A stunning addition to a beautiful canyon retreat with views for miles. In cooperation with AJD Design “Alexandria James Design” We installed a one-of-a-kind contemporary Moroccan look thru out this addition. With the reemergence of Vein-Cut, large format travertine 16”X32” flooring with a 4” base all around, set in an offset pattern, it really anchors the Moroccan vibe. Included in the bath design is 4X4 Moroccan Zellige tile framed with Gold Coast granite and 2X2 travertine shower floor. The bath walls have a Zellige Wainscot capped with Gold Coast trim. It all comes together where new meets old!

Casa Sevilla
Located in the center of Carefree, Casa Sevilla is a turnback in time where we installed Saltillo tile patterns from 1950s. An eclectic mix of ceramic tiles, travertine stone, Saltillo tile, Talavera tiles, and brick. The master bath is endowed with Bianco travertine, onyx mosaic, Giallo Travertine and other mosaics. The secondary baths and kitchen are custom Italian hand painted and Talavera tiles with custom niches and rich mixed combinations of tile and stone. In the entry there is a custom hand cut mosaic inlay of clay tiles, lapis stone, marbles, and granite that mimics an Italian villa from the 18th Century.

Paradise Valley’s work of art!
A design that left “No stone unturned” This Paradise Valley home has seven baths with tile and slabs from floor to ceiling. Starting in His Master bath it is covered with an Italian Fluted Terrazzo in combination with the same Terrazzo slabs down to 4”X4” tiles for the shower floor. Nothing was held back the floor, shower floor and bench are heated. With a large niche, this is a place you want to stay all day in. Her Bath is even more luxurious! With a custom Italian travertine tile shaped column like combined with like slab. The view form the soaking tube is one of the best in the home! The other baths are covered from floor to ceiling with unique Ann Sacks tiles all meticulously placed with full tile layout throughout.

Scottsdale Candlewood Estates
Intimate outdoor living space! Custom Travertine 24×24 pavers installed full paver size. Bespoke pool tiling to accent the pebble sheen color complimenting the Blue Grey Hughes. Outdoor living entertainment space.
